Term Three Fees

Please note that Term 3 fees of $37.00 were due and payable by Friday 11th June 2010

Fees must be paid by this date to secure your place for next term.

Payment can be made via cheque (to be made payable to the Point Cook Playgroup Inc.), money order, direct transfer or cash. 

  • Cheques or money orders made out to the Point Cook Playgroup can to be posted to:

The Treasurer – P.O. Box 6087,  Point Cook 3030 with your name and address clearly printed on the back.

  • Direct Transfers to be credited to the Point Cook Playgroup, Westpac Banking Corporation, BSB 033-695 Account number 157-629 

Please provide your surname and first initial as a description

  • Cash, cheques or money orders can be placed in the Playgroup’s payments box which is situated on a shelf in the storeroom.   This box is padlocked and bolted to the shelf for security purposes.  Labelled envelopes are provided adjacent to the box for your convenience.  Please ensure that the front of the envelope is completed with your name and session details.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Point Cook Playgroup Inc. hold a number of fundraising events during the year to raise funds for a Family Christmas Day at the end of the year.  Monies raised pay for venue hire, entertainment and gifts for all playgroup children from 'Santa'.  To ensure its success, we encourage all families to assist when possible.

  • Playgroup are selling tickets to the Mattel Toy Club Sale.  Sale date is Wednesday 15th September.  Tickets $10 each.  Contact Nicole Watt (Fundraising Officer) for more details.

  • Playgroup photos will be taken the week beginning 4th October at Point Cook Community Learning Centre and the week beginning 11th October at Jamieson Way. 
    •  
  • Annual Shopping Tour will be held on Saturday 16th October.  Price per person will be advised closer to the date once numbers are confirmed (the more people attending, the less cost per person).  Price will include a snack lunch.  Feel free to invite family and friends.  Deposit of $10 per person required by Friday 13th August.

 

Other Upcoming Events

     
  • Playgroup AGM will be held at Point Cook Community Learning Centre on Wednesday 17th November commening 7.30pm.  Enrolments for Term 1 2011 will be taken immediately after the AGM, so you must attend to confirm and pay for Term 1.
